1. Our Responsibilities

1.1 We provide quality vehicles at competitive prices throughout Morocco.

1.2 We ensure our vehicles are properly maintained and in good working condition.

1.3 We provide customer support throughout your rental experience.

1.4 We offer transparent pricing with no hidden fees or charges.

1.5 We strive to make your car rental experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

2. Reservation Service

2.1 Our service provides an easy way to reserve rental vehicles in Morocco.

2.2 Upon completing a reservation through our website, you will be redirected to our store location for vehicle pickup.

2.3 Reservations can be made online through our website 24/7.

2.4 Personal information is required to secure your reservation.

2.5 The price displayed on our website is the final price you will pay for the selected vehicle and reservation period.

3. Eligibility Requirements

3.1 Drivers must be at least 21 years of age.

3.2 All drivers must present a valid driver's license.

3.3 International customers must present their original license.

3.4 The driver must be the person who made the reservation.

3.5 Additional documentation may be required for verification purposes.

4. Reservation and Payment

4.1 We process the reservation payment and insurance fee through our secure online platform.

4.2 A reservation confirmation will be provided via email upon successful booking and payment.

4.3 Any additional services selected during your rental period will be paid at the store upon vehicle pick-up or return.

4.4 The price you see on our website is the price you pay, with no hidden fees or charges.

4.5 We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and other common payment methods.

5. Reservation Confirmation

5.1 A confirmation email will be sent immediately after completing your reservation.

5.2 The confirmation email will contain all necessary details including reservation number, pick-up location, and contact information.

5.3 You must present your reservation confirmation at the store upon arrival.

5.4 Your reserved vehicle category will be guaranteed, with the exact model subject to availability.

6. Vehicle Pick-up and Return

6.1 Vehicles must be picked up and returned to our store during operating hours unless otherwise arranged.

6.2 The vehicle will be provided with a full tank of fuel and should be returned with a full tank.

6.3 You are responsible for inspecting the vehicle at pick-up and documenting any existing damage.

6.4 The vehicle must be returned to the agreed location. A relocation fee will apply for vehicles returned to a different location.

7. Insurance and Coverage

7.1 Basic insurance coverage is included in the reservation price.

7.2 Optional additional coverage is available during the reservation process.

7.3 Insurance details will be clearly explained during the reservation process and in your confirmation email.

7.4 We recommend reviewing the insurance coverage before finalizing your reservation.

8. Cancellation and Modification Policy

8.1 Reservations can be cancelled through our website or by contacting our customer service.

8.2 Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will receive a full refund.

8.3 Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

8.4 No-shows during the pick-up date will result in the complete cancellation of your reservation without refund.

9. Customer Responsibilities

9.1 You are responsible for arriving at the pick-up point location at the scheduled time.

9.2 You must provide valid identification as required.

9.3 You are responsible for understanding and adhering to Moroccan traffic laws and regulations.

9.4 The vehicle must be used in accordance with the rental agreement and these terms and conditions.

10. Data Protection and Privacy

10.1 We collect and process personal data in accordance with Moroccan law and our Privacy Policy.

10.2 Customer information is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling the reservation and providing our services.

10.3 We implement appropriate security measures to protect customer data transmitted through our platform.

10.4 We do not sell or share customer data with third parties except as necessary to complete the reservation process.

10.5 Customers have the right to access, correct, or delete their personal data by contacting us.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Morocco.

11.2 Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Moroccan courts.

11.3 If negotiation fails, the dispute will be referred to mediation before any legal proceedings.

12. Modifications to Terms and Conditions

12.1 We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
